There is a $250 booking fee which is non-refundable.

‭💲How do I Pay?‬
‭We have three options available:‬

Receive a discount and only pay $900.00AUD

1) Pay in full on the day of booking.‬

2) Book with a $250 booking fee & pay remaining balance 14 business days before training.‬‭

*All Payment must be made via direct deposit.

3) Book with a $250 booking fee & pay the remaining balance via payment plans via In house payment plans or Payright over a period of your choices ( 6 , 9 or 12 months)

Training date can not be rescheduled.

Any payments you submit to Whiplash are 100% non-refundable.

Once a course has been booked, all students have 7 days to withdraw from enrolment. After this period has expired, courses that are cancelled will not receive a refund, however they can be rescheduled provided sufficient notice is given.

Any reschedule more than 30 days notice will occur $500 alteration fee.

If a course needs to be rescheduled more than once, or inside of 30 days but more than 14 days from the course commencement date, there will be a fee at $750 per day.

There will be no refund if you fail to attend , cancelled the class or no show.

If final payment is due 14 days business days before your class, if complete payment has not been made your student placement will be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded.
