Enrolling is very simple. Select your course dates and payment method - you can pay upfront or use our payment plan.
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with an enrolment form to complete. Once we’ve processed your application, we’ll be in touch via email with more details about your course and to discuss the best date that suits us both.
*Training date can not be rescheduled.
Any payments you submit to Whiplash are 100% non-refundable.

Once a course has been booked, all students have 7 days to withdraw from enrolment. After this period has expired, courses that are cancelled will not receive a refund, however they can be rescheduled provided sufficient notice is given.
Any reschedule more than 30 days notice will occur $250 alteration fee.
If a course needs to be rescheduled more than once, or inside of 30 days but more than 7 days from the course commencement date, there will be a fee at $750 per day.
There will be no refund if you fail to attend , cancelled the class or no show.
If final payment is due 14 days business days before your class, if complete payment has not been made your student placement will be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded.
