Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. Gift Cards can be purchased to the value of any in-store service. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Afterpay. While we do our best to ensure e-Gift Cards are sent on the requested date, your order may be held for review and we ask that you please allow up to 24 hours for delivery in peak periods.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Card(s) or e-Gift Card(s).

I want a printed E-Gift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
Simply send the E-Gift Card to your email and print it once you receive it. The printout can be redeemed for booking online ( Please contact us via email ) or at Whiplash salon.
