Classic Eyelash extensions is a basic foundation of eyelash extensions but a lot of clients these days will ask for more. This course has been developed for beginner lash artists wanting to add pro-made volume lashes to their service menu. You do not need to be volume trained to use pro-made lashes however there are lots of tips and tricks to learn to apply them confidently and safely. Boost your income by adding pro-mades to your lash menu.

The Ultimate Beginner Private Training:

Duration: 4 days = 3 days in person + 1 day online lessons

Day 1: Theory and Hand on practice on mannequin head and sponges

Day 2: Theory + Live model practice

Day 3: Volume Theory + Live model practice

What will it cost me?


The cost is $3,250.00 ( inclusive of GST) which includes a basic starter lash kit.

Our training classes are scheduled based on interest and availability. We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we don't set fixed dates in advance. Instead, we rely on your feedback and preferences to determine the best timing for our session.

Upon successful completion and assessment student can receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in SHBBMUP008 Apply Eyelash Extension. This course will be delivered by Whiplash and registered trainer of the Australian Massage and Beauty Institute (RTO: 40909).

Day 1 – Application & Application

  • Recap Basic Fundamental

  • Holding tweezers

  • Applying extensions to lashes

  • Isolating lashes correctly

  • Supervised practice on a mannequin and sponge

Day 2 – Eyelash Extension Styling + Live Model

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Identify client features

  • Mapping

  • Type of Lash Extensions

  • Refills & Removals

  • Taping Techniques

  • Social Media/Advertising

  • Lash Photography

  • 3.5 hour supervised live model practice

Day 3 – Marketing, Advertising, Basic Volume + Live Models

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Introduction to Volume & Pre-made fans

  • How to pick up pre-made fans without damaging them.

  • How to attach premade fans.

  • 2 x 2.5 hour supervised live model practice

Once you have completed your training, you are required to submit assessments. You must pass 12 assessments in order to get certification.

  • 6 x Classic New Set

  • 2 x Pre-made New Set

  • 2 x Refill Set ( 1 x Classic , 1 x Hybrid or Volume )

  • 2 x Removal Application
